Are you insured?
Of course, as every reputable business should be.
What is your booking process?
Booking is super easy! It's completed through an online link I send you after we've had a chat.
Do you carry back-ups of everything on the day?
I certainly do and I wouldn't have it any other way! Your day is very important to me and I always carry two camera bodies with plenty of batteries and memory cards.
Are there additional mileage expenses?
For wedding venues that are more than 50 miles away from Newport (South Wales), there is a small travel fee of 50p per mile.
Can I print my own images?
Most definitely. You have full personal use of your high resolution images with no watermarks. Images are downloaded from your online gallery.
How many photo's should we expect?
This will totally depend on the content of your day, however you should expect 800+ images from a full day.
How long before we see our pictures after the wedding?
Within 4 to 8 weeks, you will receive a link and a personal password to our online wedding gallery. This will allow you to view all your images, as well as selecting those you would like for your album if needed. You will then receive your online gallery with all your edited images.
Can you hold a date for me without a deposit?
Unfortunately not. Due to the number of queries received a date is only taken off my availability list when a non-refundable booking fee and booking form are received.
What will happen if you're taken ill on our wedding day?
I would make every effort to still attend the day as usual and also bring along an assistant at my own expense to make sure nothing is missed. It certainly helps having a close network of friendly like-minded photographers who are always happy to help out.
How much is the booking fee?
A non-refundable booking fee is £100.
